Frederick Gerald Foreman was born at 22 Sheepcote Lane, Battersea in March 1932 to Herbert Albert Foreman, an Irishman, who was London Taxi driver who done "The Knowledge" on a push bike.  Although now gone, situated nearby The Flag Pub, that still stands but is now converted to a residential house, 22 Sheepcote Lane was a terraced two-up and two-down house, sharing a bedroom with four of his brothers, Wally, George, 

Freddie is a convicted English criminal who has been involved in some of the the most audacious crimes the United Kingdom has endured. From stealing £100 washing machines to stealing in excess of £7 million pounds from The Security Express. Freddie Foreman was a prominent figure in London gangland from the 1950's through to the 1980's. 

Some of the infamous crimes Freddie was involved in was;

Freddie disposed of the body of Jack "the Hat" McVitie (killed by Reggie Kray) and for which he was sentenced to ten years in prison.  Freddie also admitted to the murders of Frank "Mad Axeman" Mitchell, and of Tommy "Ginger" Marks during the 1960's in his autobiography, Respect, in revenge for the shooting of his brother George who had been shot in the groin. 

Freddie was acquitted of these murders at an Old Bailey where he was listed as living at a prominent address in Dulwich named Red Post Hill. Freddie also intimidated witnesses to the killing of George Cornell in the Blind Beggar Pub in Whitechapel by Ronnie Kray. The landlord of the Blind Beggar was a stand up man by the name of Patsey Quail. Freddie and Patsey are still in touch to this day.

At the time of the Kray's arrest, Freddie was thirty-six, and the licensee of The Prince Of Wales Public House in Lant Street, Southwark.  Freddie was wrongly involved in the killing of Jack the Hat due to the Lambrianou Brothers and Ronnie Bender driving Jack The Hat's body close to Fred's Prince of Wales Pub in South East London.  Freddie had to take action and to protect himself and of course his friends, Ronnie & Reggie Kray. 

Freddie was involved in the Shoreditch Security Express robbery of 1983, which at the time was the largest cash robbery in the UK. Freddie left the UK for Marbella with his family and purchased numerous properties including a night club called TBC Fred enjoyed the high life from 1983 through until 1989 when he was kidnapped and sent back to the UK to face a court hearing. For Fred's part in the robbery, Fred received a nine year prison sentence.  

Freddie is the father of Jamie Foreman, Gregory Foreman and Danielle Foreman and is a proud great, great grand father.
